The Royal Palace was build in 1866 under the reign of King Norodom and is located along the Sothearos Boulevard.
Inside the Royal Palace ,there are:
-Tevia Vinichhey Temple:The place where the king is on throne.
-Khemarin Temple:The place where the King and Queen Live.
-Somran Phirum Temple:The place where the king rides the Royal Elephant.
-Hor Baku or Hor Preah Khan:The place where keeping the throne objects and accessories.
-Chan Chhaya:The Royal dance hall for king and relatives and high ranking officer,In front of the Royal dance hall.there is a platform for the king to hold the meeting with people and all levels of officials.
-Wat Preah Keo Morakot:Had been build since 1892 to 1902 imitated the Cambodia architect,and was removed and reconstructed in 1962.
We called Wat Uborsoth Rotannaream where as the king of Cambodia hold in this place to follow the eight silos every Buddhist holiday . Besides that ,the relatives of King and officers held other ceremonies abide with Buddhism.But in this Wat didn't have monks,only his majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk there,at the time beung a priest for a term (in the year of pig AD 2490 Correspondence the 31st July 1947).Therefore,it had a normal world called"Preah Vihear Preah Keo"is nothing"Wat"in the said world.When his majesty had Buddhism day.He will invite monks from another monestry in Phnom Penh municipal such as Wat Unaloam,Wat Botumvattey etc.
This monsetry is located in the south of Royal Palace surrounding by long building.Along these long building,we used to use as Bali class for monks who stayed in Wat in Phnom Penh minicipal and provinces brfore constructing the Phnom Penh Bali school on the 19th December 1930.
On the wall of buildings have ancient pictures described the Ramayana story for the beginning to end.These pictures painted in1903-1904 under the lead of Oknha Tepnimitt Theak with 40 Cambodian artist.
These Pictures from the east long building in the southern surrounding the whole long building for 642 meters Length and 3 meters Height ,mean that we see these long building pictures by three time walking circle.The ancient pictures around long buildings.the Ramayana story showed the strange feature which is not etched or copied from Ramayanna of Indian because in the Ramayanna sees in mystery.We well understand with Ramayanna .The meaning of the Ramayanna's story clarified by someone as male dancer in the classical Ramayanna epic ballet or other sculpture and use as the guess of astrologer.
They are destroyed because of the weather and the human damages.In 1985,the Royal government of Cambodia collaborated with the government of Poland planned for protection and repair but only five years repairs and then terminated due to the buget.Now the Royal government of Cambodia is finding means in maintenance and repairing these cultural objects again.

The south atupa is the funeral monument of Preah Bat Anduong constructed on Friday the year of goat AD 2450 correspondence on the 13 March 1908(who is a great grandpa of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk).
